The reasons I'm conflicted
The staff was attentive to our needs! The rooftop terrace provided a serene atmosphere to unwind after exploring the bustling city.
They had some mold issues and unpleasant smells. Noise from neighboring guests occasionally disrupted the tranquility.

Beautiful riad in itself, unfortunately a bit shabby
Breakfast rather mediocre. As mentioned above, a bit shabby

Outstanding breakfasts, highly professional staff.
Excellent service, public parking available nearby. All the staff were ready to help. Central location, not too far away from Ibn Danan Synagogue.

Absolutely charming decor, but the breakfast options were so unclear, it took forever to figure anything out. The noise from outside was luod and annoying. One would think a hotel would offer welcome amenities, but i guess that's too much to ask. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Very good location. Can be reached by car, but nevertheless to the Medina only a few steps. The common rooms (lobby, breakfast room, ...) were beautiful.

Really enjoyed our time here. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was beautiful. The staff were ready to help with directions etc. The food was GREAT with variety of alternatives.

The accommodation is an oasis of peace and has a wonderful patio. The staff is very friendly and always tries to fulfill the wishes of the guests. We even got an upgrade (suit) and felt like kings in the room. Thank you very much for the nice stay.

Very nice service staff - the guys are all very keen to fulfill all wishes. We made a nice funny cooking course here. Good location - you are quickly in the Medina. The Riyadh has organized a great city tour for us.
Some things didn't work out: shower, toilet, TV. But there, one was not willing to compromise and was not accommodating in the price.

I traveled with my whole family and we loved the relaxing vibe of the riad. The kids enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and we appreciated the thorough cleaning throughout our stay. We even found the location perfect for exploring the charming Medina easily.
My wife says that adding more family-friendly activities would be fantastic.

I appreciated very well decorated and brand-new room here.
The location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an ornate city gate. There was a good restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with lovely bathroom and long curtain, for instance and that was great: D

Loved my stay here! Enjoyed the peaceful vibe and the beautiful courtyards—perfect for chilling out after a day exploring. Just a heads up, there was a small issue with the shower shelf being broken, but they sorted it out quickly. Definitely try the massages if you get the chance!

It was a strong match for a quick layover in Fes with good price-value balance. The staff were friendly, especially Zakaria, who made me feel at home right away. Bring your own toiletries because there's only a bar soap and shower gel provided.

What a fine riad! The decor is amazing, with intricate tile work and sumptuous fabrics creating a magical atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is a gem, offering picturesque views to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks. The breakfast spread was good, with eggs, pastries, and refreshing juice, all served in a beautifully tiled courtyard.
Dim lighting in the bathroom.
